On to Munich ​
Munich, Germany
Stayed in the heart of Munich. Went to the famous Hofbrauhaus for dinner and beer! Beer steins are huge, fun times. Toured the Nymphenburg Palace, then went to Dachau on our own.We navigated the trains and buses to trek there and back to Munich. We had the pleasure of meeting so many local people and travelers on this trip.
France
We began the tour in Paris. We rode the Metro to our tour hotel in Paris where we met our guide and group for the first time. We took the Metro together and had an orientation in a nice cafe with food and beverages. Then we did a walking tour on our way to dinner. We shared a delicious meal and tasted our first escargot . We did many interesting things in Paris over the next couple of days. We enjoyed an evening Seine River Cruise, the Trocadero walk viewing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Louvre.

From the Louvre we boarded the bus to Beaune, France!
Beaune,France is a small town in the Burgundy wine region of France. We had a fabulous time here wine tasting in a basement restaurant with medieval arches overhead, and burgundy beef dinner with our great group. Wine tasting is unique here, we tasted in shallow silver cups with handles that we brought home with us!

Lauterbrunnner Valley, Switzerland
Spectacular views and hiking in the High Alps
Rome was the last stop,we tossed a coin over our shoulder into the Tivoli Fountain to assure our return to Rome
The tinkling bells on these Swiss Cows were music to our ears during our stay in the beautiful Lauterbrunnen Valley. It felt like we were in another world in this gorgeous area and the cow bells tinkling added to the beauty of this area.
